ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

Services Include:

Towing– Members receive towing to the nearest repair facility (Up to 15 miles or 5 miles). Your members are GUARANTEED no out of pocket costs for a tow within 15 miles or 5 miles of your Disablement
Emergency Fluid Delivery– Water, oil or gas will be delivered to the member in the event of an emergency. NSD pays for the cost of delivery. You pay only for the cost of the delivered fluids.
Lockout Services- If your keys are locked in a vehicle, we provide assistance in gaining entry to the vehicle
Flat Tire Changes – NSD will change a flat tire with a good inflatable spare.
Battery Assistance NSD will provide a jumpstart or boost to a dead battery
Extricating/Winching - NSD will pay for 1 truck and ½ hour of labor to dislodge the member’s vehicle from sand or snow when the vehicle is 15 feet or less from a regularly maintained roadway.
Towing– Towing up to 15 miles at no cost to you when your vehicle has been involved in an accident or collision and we are called to dispatch services.
Minor on-site mechanical assistance/adjustment – as may be available from time to time
